Policies

~ High Season rates apply to holidays and holiday weekends ~
Open Year Round!

  • Check in: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm

  • We can accommodate families of four. Children over the age of 5
    are welcome.

  • Check out: 11:00 am

  • Rates for 2010 range from $105 (off season) to $250 (high season),
    and includes a full breakfast.

  • High Season: Memorial Day through Columbus Day

  • Off Season: Columbus Day through Memorial Day

  • Minimum stay of 2-3 nights apply in season, weekends and holidays

  • Three night minimum stay on Holiday Weekends.

  • Rates do not include 5.7% state and 4.0% local tax.

  • We accept CASH and MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.

  • Gift Certificates for a stay at Scargo Manor make wonderful gifts
    for anniversaries, birthdays, or other special occasions.

  • The Scargo Manor is a NON-SMOKING B&B

  • Additional persons - $35 per night.

  • We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.

Reservations

Are held with provision of a valid credit card number.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:

A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations cancelled. The reservation holder is responsible for all nights rented. The deposit, minus the cancellation fee, is refundable with a 10 day prior notification of cancellation or if the room can be re-rented. For a partial cancellation the reservation holder is responsible for payment of days cancelled unless a 10 day notification is given or if re-rental occurs.
